Anouk Booneman, co-founder of Spring Into Health, was a baker at the Omega Institute for Holistic Studies before moving to Clifton Park, NY. She believes that Industrialized eating has created major health crises all over the world and that food can be the strongest medicine. Real Cooking (not reheating or microwaving) with real food (mostly plants) will make people happier and healthier. She is the mother of a 17 year old who eats most of her cooking. She wishes that she had the willpower to exercise five days a week.

Danielle Maslowsky, founder of Life on Track and co-founder of Spring Into Health, has made a career out of her passion for healthy living.She is the active mom of two young kids and is focused on healthy living as an example for her family. Her recipe for health? Exercise 5 days a week with purpose, eat real food - especially veggies, make time for family and friends often, be present with the kids, laugh a lot, listen to others, work hard and seek challenge on a regular basis.

Kristen is an accomplished athlete from an early age. She has developed and delivered numerous engaging, effective and achievable programs for running in the Albany area. She is the co-director of the Freihofer’s Training Challenge, drawing an average of 350 women each year and has helped develop and implement a successful and ongoing triathlon program for the Capital District YMCA and has served for many years as the team leader of the Albany LUNA Chix (a Clif Bar owned company).
