Life On Track's wellness training, specializing in running and fitness nutrition, contributes to a healthier, more active community, one life at a time. Through one-on-one and group education, Life on Track creates customized programs tailored to meet the needs of each individual’s abilities and goals. The outcomes of our programs are designed to improve overall health, body composition, create lasting healthy habits, increase energy and performance while paving the way to getting your life on a healthier track.

Danielle's motto is "strive to be better not perfect" because small changes can make big differences.  In each of her programs she works closes with her clients to educate and teach them the necessary skills to put the knowledge into practice.  It takes 1 to 6 months to create habits and once they are created the good ones are hard to break.   She works together to set up goals, roll out a personal plan related to nutrition and exercise.

Danielle's experience as a wellness coach has been life changing – she says "I get to teach, strategize, listen, answer questions, motivate, and most importantly, watch other athletes and nutrition clients’ hard work pay off when their goals are met and exceeded. Danielle is an experienced runner as well.  In April 2014 she ran the Boston Marathon in 3:24.  She was the first overall female in the Lake George NY 2013 half marathon with 1:31 and holds a personal record of 19:00 for a 5k.  Not only is Danielle a competitive runner with the Willow Street Women Athletic Club, she enjoys the social aspect of running, training  and runs with friends to keep active and healthy.

"Coaches have the ability to view things from afar and to shed new light on difficult situations. Often they can act as a sounding board through tough decisions, help sharpen skills, and motivate."  — CFO Magazine

What people have been saying:

"I'm not sure that you will ever understand how much your knowledge and advice encourages me…  I'm continuing to learn so much… something I've been trying to do for years.. thank you!"

“I just wanted to say thank you for the Life on Track challenge.  I started because I wanted to lose a few pounds but really the best part has been the incredible diet changes--so many veggies and real food.  And I cut way, way back on sugar and have become really good a prep and planning.  I did lose about 6 pounds and just feel so good.  Thanks for the push and the guidance and congratulations on starting such a great company.  You will help a lot of people.”

"I asked Danielle from Life on Track to help me with my run pace to accomplish a faster time.  I have a very busy work schedule and work all hours.  Danielle has been available to me by phone, email and in person to accommodate my availability.  My goal is to get to a 7:40 mile pace.  Danielle has put me on a detailed schedule of running long distance, short distance, fast pace and interval runs.  Before working with Danielle I was averaging a 9 min pace.  In 7 month of training with I beat my goal of an average 7:40 per mile pace for a 1.5 miles.  Life on track has certainly helped me and well worth it."

"I’ll admit it. I need a cheerleader. You see, I am an on-again-off-again runner (more of a jogger). Nike+ was helping me get my sneakers on and get out on the road, but I didn’t have much of a plan. And my runs were always the same – 3-4 miles at an average to slow speed.  Someone once said “Don’t expect to see a change if you don’t make one”. So I called Danielle.  She was so much more than a cheerleader. She set up a doable plan that actually got me excited to go running. I was running hills and tempo runs and running better and faster. After two months, I ran my best 5K time ever - over a minute/mile faster! There is no way I could have done it without her. So, if you are looking for an awesome coach (and pretty good cheerleader too!) – call Danielle. In the end, you have to do the work – but she will make you want to do it!"
